About Us

We are parents, teachers, staff, students, alumni & community members

In May of 2023, we began meeting to discuss options for a new organization that could grow and evolve to meet the needs of John Marshall High School. We decided that a PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association) provided the greatest number of opportunities for community involvement and fundraising. We have been hard at work laying the foundation and are eager to hear your concerns and ideas.

2025 Marshall Annual Fund Drive

Fundraising for our 2026-2027 school year begins September 17th. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and a direct way to support our school. Stay tuned!

Your contributions help strengthen our school community and enrich the educational experiences of every student by providing opportunities that go beyond the standard curriculum.

Last year, the PTSA was able to mobilize support from our Marshall families and the community to:

Class of 2026 Graduation at the Greek Theatre.
Five new student lunch tables and benches.
Four new weight room machines.
Special Education classroom resources.
Shade structures for the baseball team.
Support teachers with AP training and ongoing professional development. 
Model United Nations Student Grant.
Large Format Printer Supplies.
Cover the cost of replacing old equipment for our band and orchestra club.
Celebrate Teacher Appreciation week with lunch for our faculty.
Yearbooks for seniors experiencing housing instability.
Six new campus sandwich boards.
Support for all 25 MarshallAthletic programs.
School wide screening of “Counted Out”
Together, we can make this year even more impactful—your support matters.

The larger our PTSA, the better we can advocate for our school and our students. Anyone can join! Dues are just ten dollars per year.
